Refund Policy

If our compliance team and/or inquiry removal software has been unsuccessful in removing the specific qualified hard inquiries, excluding those attached to live accounts, then Inquiry Removers will issue a refund for the specific qualified hard inquiries that were not able to be removed. Qualified inquiries are defined as those which you did not authorize, such as occurrences of identity theft.

If client is found to have provided false or fraudulent information to us, creditors, or the credit bureaus, no refund shall be provided under this circumstance.

No cash refunds – refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Money-back guarantee does not apply to any inquiries that were not included at the point of the original applicant submission.
